  7. Ponemos en una bandeja de horno con papel de hornear o un silpack las brochetas y dejamos cocinar unos 15 minutos a 200º o hasta que las veamos doradas.
  8. Montamos el plato poniendo un aro de emplatar con el arroz, apretamos bien y desmoldamos, ponemos por encima la salsa de mango y colocamos las brochetas de forma cruzadas. Un plato que seguro que repetirás más de una vez, están buenísimas.
