  3. 1 berenjena mediana

  4. Hacemos un majado en un mortero con los ajos, perejil, sal, pimienta molida. Lo añadimos a la carne picada. En el mismo mortero batimos un huevo y lo añadimos a la carne, añadimos el sofrito de berenjena y cebolla y pan rallado, mezclamos bien y formamos las albóndigas.
  5. Freímos las albóndigas en aceite caliente. Solo las doramos, (luego se terminan de cocinar al horno)
  6. Las colocamos sobre el puré de patatas y ponemos por encima la salsa de tomate al que añadimos orégano y tomillo. Metemos al horno 30 minutos a 200°, con ventilador.
  7. Sacamos del horno, ponemos queso rallado por encima y metemos 10 minutos más al horno.
  8. Sacar del horno y listo!!
