- 250 gramos carne picada

- Para la bechamel: calentar dos cucharadas de mantequilla en una sartén. Cuando esté derretida, añadir dos cucharadas de harina y mover hasta que se formen grumos. Agregar medio vaso de leche y mover bien. Añadir el otro vaso de leche junto a una pizca de sal, pimienta negra molida y nuez moscada. Mover bien hasta que la mezcla se despegue de las paredes de la sartén.
- Añadir la bechamel por encima de nuestra lasaña y hornear hasta dorar.
