  3. Una vez esté completamente triturada le mezclamos los pistachos pelados, extendemos la carne sobre un film de cocina y le vamos dando forma de cilindro a la vez que apretamos para que no quede aire y al cocerlo no nos queden burbujas.
  4. Metemos al microondas a máxima potencia (el mio es de 900 W) durante 3 minutos, sacamos con cuidado que quema bastante, le damos la vuelta y cocemos otros 3 minutos por el otro lado.
  5. Dejamos enfriar y lo desenvolvemos del film transparente. Lo podemos conservar en el frigorífico por lo menos una semana, eso si, siempre tapado. Para consumir yo lo corto a rodajas finas y le pongo un poco de aceite de oliva por encima. Exquisito!!
