  2. Poner las patatas enteras en horno, precalentado a 200°C, durante 30 minutos.
  3. Mientras las patatas están en el horno, hacemos la pechuga a la plancha. Asi será más fácil después cortarla en daditos.
  4. Sacar las patatas del horno y dejar que se templen.
    Cortar por la mitad y vaciar, reservando el relleno y las mitades vacías.
  5. Picar cebolla, el calabacin, el pimiento y la pechuga en trozos pequeños.
  6. Hacemos la cebolla con un chorrito de aceite. Cuando se dore añadimos el pimiento, y cuando este esté casi hecho el calabacín.
    Salpimentar y añadir las especias (perejil, ajo y merkén).
  7. Añadimos la patata que habíamos reservado y la pechuga en daditos.
    Remover bien e integrar todos los ingredientes.
  8. Rellenar las medias patatas vacías con la mezcla.
  9. Cubrimos de queso rallado (del que más os guste, yo he puesto parmesano).
  10. Ponemos las patatas en el horno durante 5 minutos, a unos 150°. Y a comer.
