Cuando tengamos pochadas las verduras, añadimos la pechuga de pollo (80-120 gramos por persona), avivamos el fuego tres minutos y pasado este tiempo añadimos el colorante, y dos veces y media la cantidad de líquido que de arroz. Lo llevamos a ebullición y añadimos el arroz, cuando empiece a cocer bajamos el fuego, y en 18 minutos lo retiramos, lo dejamos reposar cinco minutos y lo servimos..... SOLO NOS QUEDA COMERLO Y CHUPARNOS LOS DEDOS.....
