- Limpiamos los gambones echamos las cabezas, patitas y piel en dos tazas de agua junto con el medio caldo de pollo. Hervimos un par de minutos.

- Descongelar el caldo de mejillones. agregué el azafrán y llevé a calentar al microondas. Triturar con el brazo de la batidora las cabezas de los gambones pasar por un colador y juntarlo con el caldo de mejillones.
- Lleva al fuego una cacerola con dos cucharadas de aceite y sofreímos los pimientos, cebolla y ajos.

- Corta en dados la media pechuga.

- Agregamos la pechuguitas al sofrito y la salpimentamos.

- Cuando la pechuguitas estén marcadas agregamos los calamares cortados en daditos.

- Una vez hecho los calamares agregamos el tomate frito y dejamos cocer tapado a fuego bajo. Mientras cocemos los guisantitos.
- En una paellera agregamos el sofrito, el arroz y el caldo caliente.

- Luego agregamos los guisantes. Y removemos. Si necesitas sal es la hora de retificar, en mi caso no fue necesario ya que el caldo de mejillones ya estaba saladito.

- Cuando el caldo empieza a reducir agregamos los gambones y los mejillones. Bajamos el fuego al mínimo. Luego retiramos del fuego y tapamos con un paño limpio durante cinco minutos y servimos.
