- Mientras se cocen las judías pelamos las zanahorias y las cortamos en tiras con la ayuda de un pelador.

- Llevamos al fuego una sárten agregamos el aceite y acto seguido las zanahorias. Y un pelin de sal.

- Cuando las zanahorias estén empezando a estar tiernas añadimos la cebolla.

- Rehogamos bien y añadimos los champiñones lavados y escurridos.

- Parte en tiras la pechuga de pollo e incorpora a la sárten. Puede sustituir la carne por huevos cocidos, atún. Lo único que debes incorporarlo al final.

- Añadimos la patata cortada en trozos.

- Rehogamos y añadimos las judías, la salsa de soja, el vino revolvemos y tapamos unos minutos.

- Emplatamos y agregamos un pelin de queso en polvo.

- Nota: se puede prescindir perfectamente de la salsa de soja, del queso en polvo y de la carne también.
