  3. 300 g pollo asado o cocido
  4. 250 g tomate

  1. Lo primero que he hecho a sido preparar la bechamel y todos los ingredientes. El pollo esta cocido del día anterior así que más sabroso
  2. Lo siguiente que he hecho a sido poner a hervir las patatas mientras cortaba en rodajas la berenjena y la pasaba por la plancha un par de minutos cada lado.
  3. Una vez las patatas están cocidas las cortamos también en rodajas al igual que la berenjena
  4. Desmenuzamos el pollo y precalentamos el horno a 200°
  5. En una bandeja para horno, untamos el aceite y colocamos la berenjenas cubriendo la superficie
  6. Cubrimos la berenjena con la mitad de la salsa de tomate y ponemos encima el pollo cubriendo todo
  7. A continuación colocamos las patatas, y vertemos la salsa de tomate sobrante y la bechamel por encima
  8. Para terminar incorporamos el queso por encima y lo metemos al horno durante 15 minutos y 5 minutos más a 250° para gratinar y que el queso se derrita por completo
