Coloca en el plato, corta un pedazo de papel (lo más cercano al pastel)  inclina un poco el pastel (hacia el lado que has cortado el papel) y tira del papel sobrante. (De una forma suave para que no se rompa, desde la esquina hasta el final).
  7. Notas: Solo rocía las berenjenas con la sal, luego en toda la receta no agregues mas, porque la salsa ya está condimentada, y el queso también lo esta. El colocar las berenjenas con sal en una rejilla, es para que suelten el agua. Esta receta la preparare solo friendo las berenjenas, porque quedan muy crujientes y acompañadas con la salsa es estupenda. Como un pasapalo o tapeo.
  8. Cuando se quiere colocar papel de horno en un molde, a veces cuesta. Yo lo que hago es tomar la hoja entre las dos manos y arrugar el papel, formar una bola, luego lo estiras y será más fácil colocar en el molde.
