- Por último añadir la bechamel a la sartén, para darle dos vueltas y unificar sabores. Después apagar el fuego.

- Con la cuchara de madera ir rellenado las dos medias berenjenas.

- Ya las tienes rellenas y en la bandeja para el horno.

- Espolvorear por encima (bien recubiertas) con queso rallado.

- Introducir en el horno (calor arriba y abajo) previamente precalentado a 200ºC, durante 40 min. En los últimos minutos sólo calor en la parte superior, para gratinar.
