- Poner pan rallado en un tupper. Hacer bolas de la masa con un par de cucharas y echarlas en el tupper. Tapar y agitar suavemente haciendo círculos para cubrir las bolas. Sacarlas y terminar de darles forma con las manos. Yo las hago más bien aplastadas porque así no hace falta tanto aceite para freírlas y también resulta más fácil hacerlas al horno.
