Hoy os traigo una receta que es un éxito asegurado, se trata de paté de berenjena o también llamado babaganoush, un aperitivo que os encantará.

Es un puré de berenjena asada típica de la cocina árabe, mediterránea e israelí (se puede hacer en el microondas pero para mi queda mejor de la manera tradicional).
