- Precalentar el horno a 180 grados con calor por los dos lados.
Coger una bandeja de horno y poner las verduras enteras, pelar la cebolla previamente. Los dientes de ajo se meterán al horno con la piel. Hacerle unos cortes a la berenjena para que entre el calor. - Echar sal y un chorro de aceite de oliva por encima y meter al horno unos 50 minutos.
- Cuando veamos que las verduras ya están hechas (como en la foto) retirar del horno, pelar los pimientos, berenjenas y tomates, cortarlos a tiras pellizcando con los dedos e incorporarlos en un recipiente. Echar un poco del caldo que quedó en la bandeja que metimos al hornk, echar un poquito de sal, remover y disfrutar!
